VS FRENCH 75
The French 75 has seen many iterations, but the original recipe calls for the refined richness of CÎROC VS.
Ingredients
1.5 oz CÎROC VS French Brandy
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
champagne
Method
Add 1.5 oz CÎROC VS French Brandy, 0.5 oz lemon juice, & 0.5 oz simple syrup in a shaker.
Add ice & shake well until everything is chilled.
Strain into a flute glass and garnish with lemon twist.
Top with champagne.
